We are very much looking forward to seeing you and wish to provide you some information in advance about how things will go once you arrive at the Nelson United Church.

Concert Program

In an effort to reduce waste, our program this year is digital only
A QR code will be provided at the performance for those who wish to access it that way.

When should I arrive?
***The church doors will open 1/2 an hour before the performance time.
So, doors open at 3:30pm for the 4:00 performance, 5:30 for the 6:00 performance, and 7:30pm for the 8:00 performance.

There is a possibility that you will need to wait for a short time outside the church so please ensure you are dressed for the weather!

Tickets
Bill Metcalfe will be at the door and will be happy to find your name on the list of ticket holders.
You will simply state the name of the ticket purchaser to gain entrance.
Please note that if someone else has purchased your ticket it will be under their last name.

Access and parking
Everyone will enter via the uphill door on Josephine St. at the top corner of the church. This entrance has a ramp and level access to the seating area.

If you are in a wheelchair or require rockstar parking for accessibility, please feel free to park in the small lot behind the church. This area is reserved for this purpose only.
If you are able, please park farther away from the church and leave spaces that are closer for folks who need them.
